After years of working with my clients and seeing them either return from injury or improve their golf or tennis game while living their daily lives pain-free, I realized it was time to bring these functional sequences to others. As part of this process, I sought the counsel of one of my clients and friends in the industry. I began to jot down my thoughts and quickly realized the unique approach and value of the “sessions” I was creating. I took feedback from my clients, whose ages ranged from 35 to 75, and refined these sequential movements to make them accessible to as many people as possible. I was seeing the benefits come to life right before my eyes. As the DeLacy Wellness Discipline began to take shape, so did the confidence that more people could and needed to experience this blend of functional movements and modalities to help improve their lives.

Meet the Founder
After suffering a dance injury that ended her thirteen-year ballet career, Lizzie DeLacy realized she would have to find new ways to stay in shape. Yoga became an important way to maintain her flexibility and improve her strength, but after years of listening to the feedback from her clients, she refined sequential movements to improve her fitness routine, creating the DeLacy Wellness Discipline.
